These Terms of Service govern your use of peptigenixresearchlab.com and purchases from Peptigenix Research Lab LLC (“Peptigenix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies.
Research-use restriction
Products are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory and scientific research. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, compounding, food, drug, cosmetic, or household use. Site information is not medical advice, dosing guidance, or a representation that a product is safe or effective for clinical use.
By ordering, you represent that you are legally permitted and appropriately qualified to purchase, receive, store, handle, and use the product for lawful research and will comply with all laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and safety practices. We may reject, cancel, limit, or request information regarding an order when reasonably necessary for compliance or safety.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting your credentials.
Products, orders, and payment
We work to present accurate descriptions, images, availability, and pricing, but inadvertent errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order. An order is subject to acceptance, and an order confirmation does not prevent cancellation for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, legal or compliance concerns, payment-provider requirements, or shipping restrictions.
Preorders
A product labeled as a preorder is not available for immediate shipment and may take up to two weeks for delivery. Estimated dates are not guarantees. We will communicate material delays and provide cancellation or refund options when required by law.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping and Refund Policies are incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms eliminates non-waivable consumer rights.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, reproduce site content without authorization, or purchase or use products for an unlawful, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, human, or veterinary purpose.
Intellectual property
The site’s branding, text, graphics, photographs, design, and content are owned by or licensed to Peptigenix and protected by applicable law. Site access does not transfer ownership rights.
Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use independent payment, shipping, analytics, and communication providers governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptigenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Peptigenix against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by law. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
